Our Rocky River Window Treatment Showroom

We couldn’t be happier with our new window shades from Timan! From the initial stop in their design center, to our in-home consultation with Rebecca, and final installation with Adam, we were blown away by their professionalism and excellent service. I was undecided on what I wanted (drapes, vertical or other type of shade) but with Rebecca’s help it was simpler than I imagined. We provided pictures and ideas of what I was considering. She came prepared with samples, offered guidance, and with her design experience, helped me select the perfect shades for our home!

We had a great experience, from start to finish, working with Timan. They installed the residential vinyl curtain system from Magnatrak for us on our back deck. Matt and Ken with their team were extremely professional and efficient, answering all questions along the way. Would highly recommend both their products and their people.

Jason has been unbelievable! He knows the Hunter Douglas products so well and has been extremely informative and great at getting back to me with all my questions. He made some excellent selections at my home and is very knowledgeable and professional.

Fantastic experience with Timan & Co. From the beginning of the estimate to the final installment, Ken and his staff were professional, friendly and excellent in all steps of my custom Magna Track motorized screen. My brand new custom designed modern home was brought up another level once these were added to my 1000sf under roof patio. This gives my home 365 days of use from all the elements and bugs. These screens did everything I was looking for and Ken and his company made are dream come true…Thank you Ken and all from Timan who made this a wonderful reality for me. Awesome Job.

Adam brought many fabric and blind samples to my home.  He took time to explain options and for me to make my choices… The blinds and drapes are awesome.  I would purchase from Timan again and recommend them without reservation.

Timan exceeded my expectations from the first interaction at the Rocky River showroom to the sliding glass door thermal blind installation six weeks later. Installers Gavin and Adam arrived on time during a snowstorm, shoveled my steps, wore protective foot covers while in the house, removed/took away the old blinds, installed the new ones and cleaned up throughout the installation. And the slider blind is great.

My recent experience with the Timan professionals was incomparable. From store sales person to in-home design consultant to installer, all were helpful and attentive…the end result is a beautifully covered window which allows me privacy when needed and maximizes light when not. I would give Timan more than 5 stars if I could. This was an investment in our home which I believe was worth the cost, as I am sure I shall enjoy the look of this room for many years.

As a musician, I appreciate a team that works well together to achieve the highest level of performance. Timan certainly surpassed my expectations and the PowerView Pirouette product has added a new dimension to the home.
