Timan exceeded my expectations from the first interaction at the Rocky River showroom to the sliding glass door thermal blind installation six weeks later. Installers Gavin and Adam arrived on time during a snowstorm, shoveled my steps, wore protective foot covers while in the house, removed/took away the old blinds, installed the new ones and cleaned up throughout the installation. And the slider blind is great.
